At The Roberts Conservatory of Dance, we strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for dancers of all ages and skill levels. Our mission is to help our students develop their dance skills, build confidence, and foster a love of dance that will last a lifetime. Our company dancers compete at 4-5 competitions per season, as well as train in workshops and conventions locally.
Meet our Company Directors,
Kaycee Criss and Hannah Skipper!
The best award we can get at any competition is the "ADCC Sportsmanship Award". It means so much to us to teach our dancers good sportsmanship, work ethic and theatre etiquette and for it to be noticed when our studio is represented anywhere we go.
Please reach us at robertsdanceinfo@yahoo.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Absolutely not! Our #1 goal is to have fun! We work hard but there is no yelling, no learning a routine each competition, no pyramid, no putting down dancers and no crazy dance Moms. We are pretty much 100% the opposite of the show Dance Moms.
Outside of their regularly scheduled week night classes, they may have additional 1-2 weekends of rehearsals closer to the first competition. Other than weekend competitions (4-5 in a season) we have very little weekend activities or events. We encourage our dancers to be in other sports or clubs alongside dance as long as it doesen't interfere too much with their rehearsals.
All costs will be given to you up front:
- Monthly class fees
- Competition entry fees (Range from $45 - $75 per team)
- Team costume (Range from $95 - $140 per team)
- Mock Comp & team party fee ($25)
